We as Buyprimeaccount, provide ranked Counter Strike Global Offensive accounts. Buying/Selling of any Steam account goes against the Steam TOS. Therefore, acceptance of the full risk of purchasing an account is on the customer.

ACCOUNT RECEPTION

Once a competitive matchmaking match has been played, you hereby confirm your reception and acceptance of the account provided to you. In case your account does not match the features/rank you willed to purchase then you must contact our online customer service as soon as possible and without playing any matchmaking. We will refund the inconveniency difference or replace the account. However, if there is any matchmaking registered prior to your complaint, then we cannot help you.

PRODUCT

Our products are virtual game accounts and therefore void of any physical business policy. Every aspect of our business is done online with automated delivery and online payment. Vendor and customer relationship is conducted online. For any complaints, you must seek our service which is available 24×7 for your convenience.

TAX POLICY

Any tax/duty fee/additional charge imposed by local custom officials or your payment service provider, i.e. PayPal, is completely unto you. The price mentioned on the website is the core price of the product mentioned in USD.

DELIVERY SYSTEM

Once an order is processed, the delivery is made via automated system instantly. If the order queue is high, then there might be a few minutes delay. In case the order delivery is delayed and five minute period has passed, you should contact our customer support by live chat or e-mail so that we can attend to the issue. The product will be delivered only to the email you register for purchasing. No alternative delivery destination is accepted once purchase has been confirmed.

 

ACCOUNT RETURN

  1. Buy prime account does not hold responsibility if the customer gets VAC-banned due to cheats/any other reason. Therefore, all refund/replacement policy is void after an account gets VAC banned.
  2. Buy prime account is not liable for the re-sell of any account to any other user.
  3. Any attempt of fraud/scamming will not be tolerated and the user will be banned permanently from using our services. In severe cases, we are committed to take legal action if necessary.
  4. We do not provide refunds of any kind after an account has been accepted and confirmed by the buyer.
  5. No refunds available due to exceptional cases like lost/stolen cards/compromised PayPal accounts.

Refunds Policy

  • Once payment is done money shall not be refunded at all. Buyer can request for replacement of account within 12 hours Maximum (no information of account should be changed).
  • The customer is solely responsible for the security of his/her CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AND PAYPAL ACCOUNTS. Buy Prime Account won’t be held responsible for any kind of unauthorized purchase made from the customer’s Cards or PayPal Accounts on the site and will not be liable to pay any compensation or subject to an unauthorized chargeback.
  • The customer is required to provide his “PayPal Email Address” in the billing section of the site while checking out. If the customer fails to do the required or provides a false email address then Buy Prime Account“will not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery” of the product and “any Item not received chargebacks” will not be entertained by the company and would be completely null and void.
  • Unnecessary Charge-backs and Scam Attempts will be Dealt with Strong Actions and May Lead to IP Ban.
  • In case of a chargeback or dispute escalated by the buyer, we have the full authority to revoke/lock the product until the case has been marked closed by PayPal in its review. We will not be held responsible in case of a wrong chargeback is escalated by the customer, leading to account/product locking by us.
  • Replacement terms
  1. You have been provided with a wrong account mistakenly.

  2. There is no rank on the account at the time of purchase.

  • In case of an account being compromised or locked, the customer must notify us as soon as possible so we can try recovering the account within the next three business days once the complaint has been received. We will not be held accountable if the compromised account gets a VAC ban.
  • Buy Prime Account is not be held responsible or liable for the trust factor of any purchased account. Any account with a low or bad trust factor will not be subject to any kind of replacement or refund. There is no such tool to measure the trust factor of the account, due to that we do not guarantee a high trust factor on the accounts.
  • Any account purchased from us get VAC banned or GAME BANNED due to cheats used or any other 3rd party software used by the end user will not be applicable for a refund or replacement at all, and all requests made by the end-user will not be entertained by us.
  • We will not be responsible for any account sold by the end-user to any other person.
  • In the case of a Party Member Ban, the customer can opt for a replacement or reboosting of the product given the fact he/she contacts us within the time period of 48 hours since the delivery.
  • In case of a Party Member Ban on a high ranked product such as Global Elite, Supreme Master First Class, Legendary Eagle Master, Legendary Eagle, the product will be reboosted to a random rank only.
